아트빌리티는 Art-bility는 art와 ability의 합성어로 장애연주자들의 예술적 가능성을 의미합니다. 
발달장애 예술가들의 고유한 독창성과 다양한 예술표현을 존중하며, 이 사회 안에서 아티스트로서 주체적으로 자유롭게 활동할 수 있는 기회와 환경을 만드는 것을 목적으로 합니다. 

Korea Artbility Chamber Coop. is a compound word of arts and ability, which means the artistic possibilities of disabled performers. The purpose is to respect the unique originality and various artistic expressions of artists with developmental disabilities, and to create opportunities and environments for them to freely work as artists in this society.
